PICKLES, PRESERVES AND CONSERVES WITH EXECUTIVE CHEF M AT T MOORE
In this class, you will learn the difference between preserves, gastriques, jams and brines. Learn how to preserve fruits and vegetables using vinegar, brine and/or sugar. Touch on safety and sanitation in home-canning and discover simple preserving techniques. Complete the class by taking home jars of the jams and pickles you’ve made. • $35* per person OCTOBER
