Salvador Dali Exhibit & Reception–Tommy Crow Studios

October 10, 2014 @ 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

unnamed (2)Dali: Sublime to Surreal Comes to Rosemary Beach October 10th through the 13th.
Tommy Crow Studios will be hosting this very special exhibition featuring original works of art, etchings, woodblocks and lithographs by the renowned 20th Century Master, Salvador Dali.
Curators Lisa Burgess and Larry White, of the South Florida gallery New River Fine Art, will be on hand throughout the selling exhibition to answer questions and share stories about Dali and his work.

Burgess manages one of the world’s largest Dali fine print collections and has dealt in the artist’s work for the last 17 years. “While Dali is widely recognized for his surreal images of melting clocks, that was only a portion of what the artist created”, states Burgess. “He produced a wide variety of imagery from beautifully rendered religious works for the Biblia Sacra to the Surrealist iconography of melting clocks and figures with open drawers. The exhibition includes work from a wide range of the Dali collection”. Larry White, Director of Masterworks for New River Fine Art, explained “This collection has been exhibited in important museums around the world, from Moscow to Japan and France”.
