While traveling solo or with just a few people is nice and allows for a more relaxed and laid-back vacation, there is also great joy in the big get-together where one’s home is full of laughing voices. This 5-bed, 4.5-bath home stretches a staggering 4,000 square feet and can house a total of 12 guests. As you enter, you’ll notice the inverted floor plan with colorful accents and hardwoods floors; it's a true combination of modern and classic design. The high ceilings also help the rental to feel spacious and open. On the first floor you’ll find the master which comes complete with a king bed, the first guest room with two queens, and the second guest room with three sets of twin bunk beds, making it perfect for the little ones. Each bedroom also comes with its own full bathroom, which is always a lovely perk. You’ll also find the washer and dryer tucked away on this level.
As you walk up the stairs, you’ll come to the second floor and main living area where you'll find a welcoming living room as well as a dining area complete with table and chairs. You’ll also find a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. Open the doors off the living room to expose the large open porch complete with ample seating so you can enjoy your morning coffee, or afternoon glass of wine. You’ll also find another master bedroom complete with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as a private balcony for some peace and solitude. The third bedroom features a twin bed, that also acts as a TV room.
Outside of the additional sitting/TV room, which can comfortably entertain the kids while dinner is being prepped, you'll find a staircase that leads to a deck with breathtaking views where you can watch the sun set into the horizon - the perfect way to end a long day at the beach.
This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season.
