The reverse floor plan of this beautifully designed home takes full advantage of the nearby gulf. On the main level, you are greeted by a roomy front porch to enjoy the courtyard and private pool. Once inside, all sleeping quarters are arranged with their own private baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, tv/dvd/vcr and a bath with garden tub and shower. The two guest rooms both have queen beds and private baths.

The second level provides ample room to spread out in an open living area. The living room can accommodate guests comfortably in furnishings that are casually chic. The adjoining dining room seats 8 while the island bar can seat an additional 4. In the professionally equipped kitchen, the open design and expansive countertops allows the gourmet chef to create. In addition, the L-shaped balcony off the living area provides gulf views, table, chairs and additional outdoor furnishings for outdoor enjoyment.

The top level loft is yet another secluded space with a lounge area for children. A built-in bunk and available bath are also on this level. Just steps away from the Barbados Pool and Town Square, you have all the amenities at your fingertips for a vacation treat that is sure to please!

Parking in the Rosemary Beach® community may be challenging. Not all properties have dedicated parking and/or garage access. Please keep in mind, properties with garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted “On-Street” parking is available on a first come/first service basis. “On-Street” parking is only permitted with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Parking permits/hang tags must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked in “On-Street” spaces.Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in “Off-Street” spaces (garages, driveways, porte caches, etc).
