Beach access for guests of Pelican's Perch is provided at the public beach access stair at the end of Winston Lane a short 3 minute walk from the cottage.

Adjacent to Rosemary Beach, and South of 30A, our 2250 sq ft gated community beach home has been updated and professionally decorated. Surrounded by dense vegetation, there is a surprising amount of privacy for such a central location. The pool is outside the front door and the beach is a short stroll down a neighborhood lane - no busy roads to cross.
The upstairs living area has a 17 foot cathedral ceiling, custom tiled floors, 2 comfy sofas and 2 roomy occasional chairs. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and the adjoining gourmet kitchen has 3 bar stools for overflow seating. Also in the kitchen, you will find new stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cookware, granite counter tops, and beautiful custom cabinets. A 46' HD TV, surround-sound stereo with an IPOD docking station, and four rooms with individual volume controlled music makes entertaining in this space an 'ocean' breeze. Step out onto the large covered balcony to a teak dining table, gas grill, and wicker resin seating group for six.
Upstairs is the spacious master suite with 10 ft ceilings. Relax in the cottage style king bed with an extra plush mattress and fine linens. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, two baths, a living room, and a laundry room. There is 1 queen bed (second master), 2 bunk beds (single over full), and 1 sofa bed. There are 3 flat screen TVs, 3 DVDs, 1 VCR, and a wet bar with frig and granite countertop. Both bathrooms have granite countertops, custom tile covers the floors. The laundry room has a large capacity front load washer and dryer and a drying rack for drying your wet beach towels!
Nearby are numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. Rosemary Beach is next door and Seaside is a short 7 minute drive or bike ride.
