This beautiful cottage sits atop the dunes with breathtaking, expansive views of the beach and the Gulf. Relax on the balcony where you can watch beautiful sunsets, see fish and dolphins, gaze at countless stars, and listen to the soothing sound of the waves. Just a minute’s walk to the beach walk-over or to the Eastern Green, the cottage is also close to the Coquina Pool.

On the first floor, a master suite offers a king-sized bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub, and a dressing room with a day bed (perfect for a young child). A second master suite is equipped with a king-sized bed and private bath. Both bedrooms have French doors opening to a full-length Gulf-front balcony. Additionally, this level features the washer and dryer, along with a drying closet for beach towels and swim suits.

The second floor boasts a spacious, open living/dining area with three sets of mahogany French doors, which open onto a full-length furnished Gulf-front balcony providing unobstructed, panoramic view of the Gulf. The open living space featuring beautifully vaulted ceilings is outfitted with a large, flat-screen TV, DVD player and surround-sound system. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a Subzero refrigerator, granite countertops, and bar seating for 3 in addition to a large dining table that seats eight. This floor also holds a third bedroom, with a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and private stairway access to the third floor children’s den. This area is furnished with a twin-sized bed, a full-sized bed a TV, DVD player, and three comfortable chairs.

Parking in the Rosemary Beach® community may be challenging. Not all properties have dedicated parking and/or garage access. Please keep in mind, properties with garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted “On-Street” parking is available on a first come/first service basis. “On-Street” parking is only permitted with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Parking permits/hang tags must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked in “On-Street” spaces.Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in “Off-Street” spaces (garages, driveways, porte caches, etc).
