Located on 30A in the heart of the Seacrest Beach community is Sunnyside Up – the ideal vacation home for the entire family! This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is the perfect beach home for your next memorable family beach getaway.
Sunnyside Up is nestled in the eastern side of the Seacrest Beach community, just a 2 minute walk from the square that can be accessed by sidewalk, or walking trail that you can hop on right in the backyard. The home boasts plenty of indoor/outdoor seating; when you are done at the beach, come back to a welcoming front porch and back patio sanctuary for a refreshing drink and some peace and quiet. Entering the front door leads you into an open concept living and dining area where family can gather around for meals and movie time! The spacious and fully furnished kitchen is just a bonus for those that would prefer a "home away from home" cooked meal while being surrounded by friends and family.
The main floor boasts 3 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom is great for the kids, with 2 twin beds and a bathroom that doubles as a hall bath as well. The King-sized bed in the 2nd guest room is perfectly plush to curl up after a long day at the beach, and wake up in with plenty of morning light from the large windows. The master suite has a similar layout, with a King-sized bed, and a private balcony overlooking the backyard and walking trail. Also on the 1st floor is a large Washer/Dryer located just at the top of the stairs.
The stairs lead you down to another large living room with a large couch and flat screen TV. With the outdoor patio just steps away, this area is truly an entertainer's dream. Also on this floor is a large bunk room, with plenty of room for friends and cousins to read, gather, or play boards games in after a long day at the beach or pool. The bathroom is just outside the door, with a shower/tub combo. When you step outside the house, you'll immediately notice the tranquility of being backed up into the woods, while the master BBQ chef prepares dinner on the grill for everyone. With indoor/outdoor dining options, including a picnic table right next to the grill, Black Dog Beach makes gathering for meals truly special.
