Sitting south of 30A in Rosemary Beach, Sweet Seas Cottage is a large home that sleeps 10 people comfortably with 2 king masters and all en suite baths, a private pool that may be heated in winter, an elevator and lots of balconies. This home is perfect for two families to share with plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining while being just steps from the beach.
As you enter Sweet Seas Cottage, you’ll find the media/sitting room with a wet bar, mini-fridge w/ ice maker, large sectional sofa, upholstered coffee table/ottoman, huge 52” LCD TV, stereo with CD and DVD. Some games and puzzles provided. French doors from this room open out to the courtyard and private pool. The powder room connects to the outside shower, which opens out onto the pool area. Perfect for easy clean up after a day at the beach. The first-floor hall laundry closet has a HE washer/dryer. The first-floor King master has a shower only bath with 2 vanities. The bunk room has 2 built-in bunk beds (4 twins), each with their own reading lamp plus a bath with a tub/shower and single vanity sink. The convenient elevator whisks you up to all floors. As you reach the 2nd floor, you will find the open living space w/ a gas fireplace and high ceilings, a dining area for 10 people, along with a well-stocked kitchen with a gas oven/stove and 3 balconies! Rise to the 3rd floor to discover the second king master and queen guest room, each with a private bath w/ walk-in shower and private balconies with director's chairs to enjoy slight glimpses of the Gulf.
This property requires a 7 night stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 7 night minimum during shoulder season.
Pool can be heated October 1st through May 1st for an additional fee.
