ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: There will be active balcony construction in North Barrett Square from September 4, 2018 until May 16, 2019. For particulars about the phase of construction during specific dates please call the reservations office. Lofts East & West properties are still available for rent during this construction but may have no access to balconies. As a reminder, there will be no refunds or discounts given due to the status of construction on property. Any guest who chooses to change cottages due to construction will forfeit their advance deposit. Please feel free to call with any questions concerning the presence of construction around your accommodation.

Parking in Rosemary Beach®
Parking in the Rosemary Beach® community may be challenging. Not all properties have dedicated parking and/or garage access. Please keep in mind, properties with garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted “On-Street” parking is available on a first come/first service basis. “On-Street” parking is only permitted with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Parking permits/hang tags must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked in “On-Street” spaces.Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in “Off-Street” spaces (garages, driveways, porte caches, etc). The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. To review the parking policy please click here. Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by Guest or third parties invited onto the property by Guest, nor will any discounts or refunds of any nature be available to Guest for any parking issues experienced by Guest or members of Guest’s party.

Please be aware that each rental property is unique and may be situated very close to adjacent properties. Additionally, it is possible that your rental property may share a courtyard or lot with a carriage house or main house that is owner-occupied or rented to separate guests from your party.
