BOOKING PROCESS & POLICIES

  • I have paid my 50% deposit, when is the remaining balance due?

    The remaining portion of the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the card on file. To manage your payment method, log in to Happy Stays with your access code: happystays.streamlinevrs.com/login

  • Can I bring my pet with me to Rosemary Beach? Can I bring it on the beach?

    Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company does have several pet-friendly homes. A non-refundable $250 pet deposit for each pet (maximum of 3) is required in addition to the reservation. Pets are prohibited in homes that are not designated as “pet-friendly”.
    Walton County does not allow pets on the beach without a permit. In order to obtain a permit, you must be a Walton County resident.

  • Can I rent a cottage for less than 7 nights?

    Certain cottages can be rented for less than 7 nights. Please contact our reservations office for a list of these cottages by calling 877.704.1187.

  • Can I have an early check in?

    Check in time begins after 4PM CST and can run as late as 8PM CST. If you do arrive before the normal check in time and your home is ready for arrival, you may check into your home early. Otherwise, we can allow access to the beaches and pools, obtain a contact phone number and call you once your cottage has been called in clean. We ask that you not do any grocery shopping until after you physically have keys to your cottage as we cannot grant access to the home until it is ready for check in.

  • How do I check-in if I arrive after office hours?

    The Late Arrival box is located to the left of the Cottage Rental office door. Please call the after hours phone number (850.278.2032) if you need the code. Inside the box will hold your welcome packet, parking pass, map, and keys to your property. Please contact the front desk prior to close of business to let us know your late arrival plans.

  • What time is check out?

    Check out is at 10AM CST. Late checkouts are not permitted.


THE ROSEMARY BEACH® COMMUNITY

  • Are golf carts, low-speed vehicles or all-terrain vehicles allowed in Rosemary Beach?

    Effective March 1, 2014, the Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association placed a ban on all golf carts, all-terrain vehicles (ATV’s), low-speed vehicles (LSV’s), motor scooters or similar off street vehicles within the community. Motorized wheelchairs and similar devices are permitted.

  • How can I find out what events are taking place during my stay?

  • How do I reserve beach chairs/umbrellas?

    RBPOA Beach Service provides Rosemary Beach guests with this amenity. You can do so by calling 850.231.1860. You will need to provide your property’s individual Beach Access Code (included in your Booking Confirmation email), a credit card number, and the name or location of your cottage, as well as the walkover you would like your chairs to be set up each day.

  • How do I reserve bicycles while I am at Rosemary Beach?

    Bamboo Bicycle Company accepts reservations and hosts the largest inventory on 30A. For rates and availability: Please visit www.bamboobicyclecompany.com

  • What address can I put in my GPS to get directions to Rosemary Beach?

    Since Rosemary Beach is a fairly new development, its address often cannot be recognized in some GPS. You can try the following addresses to help locate our Cottage Rental Office: 78 North Barrett Square Panama City Beach, FL 32413

  • Is there a grocery store in Rosemary Beach?

    Currently, there is no grocery store in the Rosemary Beach community. There are two major grocery stores located less than two miles away, as well as markets in neighboring towns.

  • Is there a Business Center in Rosemary Beach?

    A computer with internet access is also available for guest use in the lobby. For additional office rental space, visit 30afarms.com


ABOUT YOUR RENTAL

  • What is included with my rental?

    Guests staying in the Rosemary Beach community through Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company receive access to all four pools, complimentary access to the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club and Rosemary Beach Fitness Center, DVD rentals, linens, pool towels, bath towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, day one starter items (initial supply of Beekman soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, coffee filters, and creamer). Additionally, guests of Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company enjoy the benefit of a waived non-commercial photo shoot location fee. For guests outside of the Rosemary Beach community, please refer to your property listing for details on pool access and applicable amenities.

  • Will there be internet access and cell service in my rental?

    Not all of our properties will provide internet access. This information is listed as an amenity or can be provided by calling and speaking with one of our Vacation Planners. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, the service can be interrupted. If service is interrupted or not provided in the property, Amavida Coffee in Rosemary Beach offers Wifi for their patrons. Area outages may occur and are typically restored within a reasonable time, but delays can occur.
    Cell phone coverage can be a challenge no matter which provider you have. Wifi calling can be enabled on your smartphone.

  • Will my unit have a washer/dryer?

    Nearly all properties on the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Program have a washer/dryer available for their guests to use (except the Rosemary Beach Inn). In the event that an appliance needs to be repaired, we will work to find you access to a washer or dryer on property for temporary use.

  • Does my unit have a TV/DVD Player?

    The homes will come equipped with at least one TV and DVD player. To understand how many will be in your rental home and where they are located, please contact the reservations office at 866.348.8952

  • What is an alternating tread staircase?

    Where there is insufficient space for a full run length of normal stairs, alternating tread staircase(s) may be used. The treads are designed such that they alternate between treads for each foot: one step is wide on the left side; the next step is wide on the right side.   • My pool seems a bit cool? Has it been cleaned?

    Some pools can be heated for a fee and can take 24 hours to heat up. Pool cleaning is scheduled weekly, weather permitting.


DELIVERIES & PACKAGES

  • Where can I reserve cribs, high chairs, etc. during my stay?

    Bamboo Bicycle Company offers those services and will have them at your cottage upon request. For availability and rates: Please visit www.bamboobicyclecompany.com

  • What if I need to have an outside company deliver items to my rental property?

    Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company offers a wide variety of concierge services. We are also affiliated with Bamboo Bicycle Company. Please visit our concierge page to view your options.
    If you decide to use an outside company for items such as baby deliveries or grocery deliveries, the outside company would not be able to have access to the home until your arrival. If business levels allow, we may be able to meet the company at the home prior to your arrival for a $75 fee to have a Rosemary Beach Cottage Company representative meet them at the property.

  • Where can I have packages shipped while I’m staying at Rosemary Beach?

    Packages will only be accepted for registered guests. There is a $50 delivery fee for items to be delivered to the home. There is also a $25 stowage fee for boxes that must be stored for more than 48 hours at the office. The stowage fee is per reservation and up to 5 boxes. If more than 5 boxes, there will be a $5 charge per additional box. Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company is not responsible for any lost packages.
