Upon entering the great room, you are greeted with tranquil tones and handcrafted Brazilian Walnut hardwood floors. Natural light fills the open living area on your left. A Modular Arts Dune wood burning fireplace, 50-inch flat screen TV, and comfortable seating complete this relaxing and cozy environment. 

Off the living room, is formal and informal dining for ten guests under a Pecky Cypress Tray ceiling. A wet bar, wine chiller, and ice maker makes for easy entertaining. Custom built in shelves line the walls leading into the kitchen, where you will find Ann Sack glass tile, a gas stove with burners, two ovens, a farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances. A half bathroom featuring Walter Zenger tile and sink sits adjacent to the kitchen. Leaving the kitchen, the courtyard hosts a summer kitchen with Viking appliances, outdoor dining, wood burning fireplace and a heated infinity edge soaking pool.

An elevator provides access to all floors or you can head up the full staircase to the second floor, where a second living area awaits at the top of the stairs, along with a natural linen queen size sleeper sofa, and 46-inch flat screen TV. The first guest bedroom features beachy tones, complete with a linen headboard king-sized bed, 42” TV, and a private balcony that overlooks the infinity pool. This room leads into a private bathroom, featuring pebble stone flooring, a large porcelain sink, detailed tile shower and tub, in soothing blue and grey tones. The second floor boasts another light and airy guest bedroom, which features neutral tone furnishings, including a linen king-sized bed, 42” TV, and a Lucy Daybed sofa. A large balcony sits just steps away from the bed, overlooking the gorgeous and cheerful Bridgetown Park. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom with ample closet space. Next, make your way to the formal office space, with “L” shaped cabinets, leather chairs, wooden accent cabinets, and a set of bunk beds for extra sleeping. 

Finally, arrive to the grand master suite on the third floor. You can access this bedroom with the grand staircase, or the convenient elevator. Take in the grandeur of this space, starting with the luxurious king-sized bed, sitting below a petite row of windows. Rustic-washed wooden panels line the walls, providing a beautiful contrast with the dark tones of the hardwood floors. Facing the bed sits a large 52”TV, two single columns lead into the seating area off of the bedroom, where a feature wall holds a gas fireplace, and a custom bookshelf nook. Just off the seating area, another private balcony awaits for your rooftop views. You will also find a separate kitchenette space that hosts a sink, counter and beverage cooler. An intricate spiral staircase winds upward, leading to a bird’s-eye-view looking tower where you can see the gulf. 

Perhaps the grandest feature of the master suite is the custom spa bathroom. Silver and grey shades of marble match perfectly with the subway tile shower, complete with two door entry. A luxurious Jacuzzi tub sits neatly across from the shower, perfect for a relaxing bubble bath. Two individual lavatories sit on either side of the room. A large walk-in closet completes the space, with ample space for storing luggage and clothes. With so many unique features, you’ll truly never have to leave this grand master suite.

When you enter the carriage house, you’ll notice warm, natural light that shines from the many windows and into the living area, with a full-size sofa, chair and 40” flat screen television. Relax in the evenings with your family after a day at the beach. Also located on the first floor is a small kitchen for quick meals for your family. Bunk beds are located in the hallway and the full bathroom is close by.

The spiral staircase takes you upstairs to a loft bedroom with a king size bed. The loft looks out over the living area and is perfect for a couple.
