Indulge in the ultimate vacation experience at the Seabrook Cottage, a hidden gem in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Immerse yourself in the artistry of renowned interior designer Ashley Gilbreath, whose exquisite touch has transformed this retreat into a haven of comfort and style.
Unwind by the recently added pool, offering a refreshing oasis to escape the Florida sun. The new pool enhances your Seabrook Cottage experience, providing a private retreat for relaxation and leisure.
The First Floor
As you approach your new home, a serene wooded area sets the stage for tranquility with a firepit, an outdoor dining setting, and a beautiful new pool. The first guest room is adorned with a lovely queen bed, a private bathroom, and a fun, inviting design. Further down the hall you are greeted with the second guest bed room, featuring a comfortable queen bed, writing desk, and a private bathroom. The master bedroom completes the charm of the main floor; with a king-sized bed, a 43-inch television, and a newly renovated bathroom, it is an idyllic spot for lazy mornings.
The Second and Third Floor
Explore the spacious, renovated kitchen and living area on the second floor, bathed in natural light through large windows. Sink into the comfort of large couches, dine at the expansive wooden table, and discover the fully-equipped kitchen with luxury appliances, built in cabinetry. A charming butler's pantry, complete with ice maker and wine fridge, is hidden around the kitchen corner. The open floor plan seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living, offering an additional dining area for al fresco meals on warm, sunny days.
Ascend the stairs to the third floor, where the amazing kids' bedroom awaits with bunk beds, a twin size bed, and ensuite bathroom. This is the perfect place for kids to play and read.
For your convenience, a 50 amp outlet has been installed in the garage for Electric Vehicle charging.
Seabrook Cottage is the ideal retreat for larger families, providing a space to reconnect and relax in the warm and expertly decorated surroundings.
This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season.
Pool can be heated October 1st through May 1st for an additional fee.
