Photography & Videography

• NON-COMMERCIAL

  Personal use only (non-profit, family, or special occasion shoots).
 Approval is required.
  

  Examples:

  * Family portraits

  * Engagement or proposal shoots

  * Maternity, graduation, or birthday sessions

  
  

  Fee Structure:

  * Property Owners: Complimentary (with signed location agreement + Certificate of Insurance)

  * Rental Guests (RBC Rental Company): Fee waived (if using a preferred photographer)

  * Guests from Outside Management Companies: $500 minimum

  
  

  Note: Shoots on private or residential property require written permission from the property owner.

• COMMERCIAL

  All shoots involving products, services, influencers, or brand promotion—whether compensated or not.
  

  Examples include:

  * Fashion/editorial shoots

  * Influencer content

  * Brand-sponsored content

  * Weddings (photography and videography)

  * Photography workshops

  * Video production (social media, TV, film, advertising)

  
  

  Commercial Requests Require:

  * A completed request form at least 72 hours in advance

  * Certificate of Insurance listing Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company and Rosemary Beach POA as additional insured

  * Signed agreement for any use of the Rosemary Beach® trademark

  
  

  Editorial (e.g. publications, blogs, magazines) and real estate content also fall under commercial use and require approval.

• REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY

  Agents and brokerages must request approval for any aerial photography or footage of Rosemary Beach common areas.
  

  Requirements:

  * 72-hour notice

  * Insurance and signed agreements

  * No drone use over residential properties or common areas without prior approval

• RESTRICTIONS & GUIDELINES

  * Requests submitted with less than 72 hours’ notice will be declined

  * Drone use is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved

  * No shooting on private property without written permission

  * Rosemary Beach reserves the right to deny any shoot at its discretion

  * Unauthorized photography may be subject to legal action

  * All photographers must carry insurance and adhere to community guidelines

  * Use of the Rosemary Beach® trademark or name in promotional content requires prior written approval
