Bennett Carriage House is a perfect getaway for a couple or small family. This little home away from home is centrally located on the gulf side of Rosemary, just a short distance from the beach. The Coquina Pool, tennis facilities, and the children’s playground are all nearby as well. The loft bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and accessed by a quaint spiral staircase. The open kitchen and dining area are downstairs, along with a full bath and washer/dryer. The living area us complete with a queen sofa sleeper for additional guests.
This property requires a 4 night minimum stay during spring break and summer and a 2 night minimum stay during shoulder season.
