Briland Carriage House Description
The Briland Carriage House is a vacation rental in the beautiful Rosemary Beach® community. It's the perfect place to relax and get away from it all for a small family or a couple.
Briland Carriage House is equipped with a full kitchen. A nook dining area looks out a wall of windows for a cheery breakfast nook, and there is also an outdoor eating space on the upper floor deck. The living room is open and bright, with a spiral staircase going to the next floor. When you're not having fun on the beach, watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV on satellite or cable.
Two adult-sized bikes are provided for your enjoyment. You can hop on and tour Rosemary Beach, ride the neighborhoods, or go down to the Gulf of Mexico and watch the sunset. If you go to town, be sure and get to one of the many excellent restaurants and cafes.
This property requires a 4 night minimum stay during spring break and summer and a 2 night minimum stay during shoulder season.
