Great location for this beautiful 2 story cottage, in the heart of Rosemary Beach right by the boardwalk that will take you straight to the beach. Very nicely decorated, Kona cottage offers a cozy living room with a large 44’’ flat screen TV and surround sound, perfect for a movie night. The living room opens to a bright, equipped kitchen and big dining table for all your family and friends.
Upstairs you’ll find the 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king size bed and private double vanity bathroom, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with 2 bunk beds to let the kids have fun.
After spending the day at the beach, enjoy your evenings in the outdoor area with a large barbecue or just sit and chill on the swing in one of the balconies.
For bigger parties it is possible to rent the carriage house in addition to the cottage, just to have some extra room to make everybody comfortable!
