It is located right on the boardwalk that leads directly to 2500 feet of glorious white sand beaches and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico about 400 yards away. The house is also perfectly situated next to the cabana pool and a gated playground. The house has driveway parking for two cars!
For your comfort, the primary bedroom has a king bed with its own private bath and balcony. The other bedroom has a king bed and its own private bath. Each bedroom has its own 40” flat screen Roku TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances and conveniences to assure your cooking pleasure. Porches off the upstairs master bedroom and downstairs living area provide a comfortable setting for soaking in the beautiful scenery. In addition, there is a private patio off the kitchen with a gas grill and eating area to cook and enjoy a steak or freshly-caught fish. There’s also an outdoor shower on to wash all the sand off!
