Open to a breakfast bar that seats four, the kitchen boasts an impressive new Bosch dishwasher, stainless range, and refrigerator. Soaring ceilings and sweeping views of the living, dining and office loft spaces, make for an impressive and interactive culinary experience. Every culinary tool imaginable is at your fingertips to cook up a seaside feast for your family and friends. Pale blue SMEG appliances dot the kitchen, bringing an effortless chic aesthetic to brewing your morning coffee or blending up a smoothie for the kiddos.

Don’t feel like cooking after a lazy day at the beach? Pour a glass of wine, and head out the french doors to the apartment’s large outdoor patio where you can relax and take in one of Rosemary Beach’s spectacular sunsets. Then head downstairs and out to dinner to one of the many incredible restaurants along 30a.

Sumptuous linens adorn the king sized beds in both of the apartment’s beautifully appointed bedrooms and will make turning in for the evening an absolute pleasure.

Your guests who slumber down the hall from you, will be delighted to find a king size guest bedroom bathed in muted tones of the Gulf. Seafoam greens, soft shimmery golds, and creamy whites merge with natural rough woven materials with feminine scalloped edges. Linger in bed and gaze out over the treetops of Barrett Square and the Dutch West Indies inspired rooftops of Rosemary Beach. The adjacent guest bathroom with its penny tiled floor and whimsical wallpaper will make you smile, reminding you that this is indeed a property where every detail was thought of and no expense was spared.
