This cottage was truly designed and furnished for relaxation and fun. It has a nice collection of original art, architectural fragments and antique pond boats throughout the home.
Start with thirteen foot ceilings in both the chefs kitchen and dining area. A century old seven-foot round dining table seats twelve and is illuminated by a large antique iron chandelier. Travel two steps up to the foyer and find where Tonic gets it’s name, You can’t miss it! Beyond is the indoor living room with a Rumford fireplace. Flanking the fireplace are French doors leading to the outdoor living room; also with a fireplace. There is a gas grill and old soap stone sink adjacent to this A fountian rounds out this lovely outdoor area.
This cottage has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The first floor has a queen bed, and a private bath. Entering through a set of 150 year old Brownstone doors gives it a suite feel. All three bedrooms on the second floor have their own private balconies. The master suite has a king bed, a small den-like seating area and a private bath. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and private bath as well as a bedroom with two double beds and a private bath. Tonic sits on the corner of Georgetown and Water Street on one of the largest lots in Rosemary Beach and has views of nearby St. Augustine Park.

Parking in the Rosemary Beach® community may be challenging. Not all properties have dedicated parking and/or garage access. Please keep in mind, properties with garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted “On-Street” parking is available on a first come/first service basis. “On-Street” parking is only permitted with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Parking permits/hang tags must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked in “On-Street” spaces.Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in “Off-Street” spaces (garages, driveways, porte caches, etc).
