The Florida Culture
Although you might be so in love with our vacation homes in Rosemary Beach Florida you won’t want to leave, we encourage you to take advantage of all the exploring opportunities the Rosemary Beach community has to offer! Walk or ride a bike down to our charming downtown, quaint enough to be likened to the French Quarter. If you’re looking for shops, cafes or restaurants, ask for our favorite recommendations. With world class restaurants like La Crema and Havana Beach Bar and Grill, you won’t be hurting from lack of options. If you’re wanting to stretch out a little more, walk or bike the Timpoochee Trail and you’ll find an educational nature boardwalk and one of the best candy shops around, The Sugar Shack. If you stay on the trail, you’ll pass several of our highly unique coastal dune lakes, and eventually end up at the Topsail Hill Reserve State Park. The park and the lakes both offer abundant hiking, fishing and birdwatching.
In the Water
Sometimes a beach vacation just needs to be a beach vacation, and with our iconic sugar white sands, beachgoers will not be disappointed! The shoreline is never more than just a few blocks away. Honestly, it’s close enough to walk down and have your morning coffee watching the sunrise! When you’re ready to really get your beach day under way, some fun ideas include sea-shelling, snorkeling tours to Shell Island, or specialized dolphin tours to visit the area’s resident bottlenose pods. You might even get a chance to swim with the dolphins! If you need more thrills, you can easily rent jet skis or even go parasailing. And kayaking or paddle boarding is always a blast!
