The beach beckons from a mere 500 steps away with walkover access at Walkover C near the Eastern Green. Nearby Rosemary Beach Town Center, Alys Beach, Seacrest and Inlet Beach offer shopping and eateries within walking and biking distance of Bunny’s Cottage & Carriage House. The property’s 6 adult bikes are the perfect mode of transportation to reach these area attractions.
Entering the main house’s first floor, guests are greeted by the first of three sitting rooms complete with flat screen tv, plush sofa and chair. Children and teens will enjoy the adjoining bunk room with full over full bunk and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The king guest bedroom also offers its complement of an en suite bath with shower/tub combination. Rounding out the main floor is the walkthrough laundry with access from the courtyard walkway allowing guests to drop their beach towels before heading upstairs.
Ascending to the second floor, the open kitchen extends to the stairwell with a welcoming wet bar and coffee station. The kitchen offers top of the line appliances including a Viking gas oven and stove, a microwave, standard drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine are also at the ready. Opt for casual barstool seating for three at the breakfast bar or the dining room’s tabletop seating for up to six guests. The main living room provides a space to relax with a comfortable sofa and two chairs, flat screen, and access to the second floor’s large, covered balcony with two hanging porch swing beds.
