Short Walk to the Beach
Sand Del Mar Cottage is in Inlet Beach, conveniently located on the first street east of Rosemary Beach, across from the tennis courts. The Main House has a great bedroom layout with 3 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom and 2 Bunks with 4 Twins. There a beautiful 22' x 12' Private Pool (can be heated for an additional fee) on the property.
The home features an open concept floor plan. The 1st floor opens out to a large private courtyard and large private pool with lounging area, table and chairs. The 2nd Floor has 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom and 2 Bunk Beds (4 twins) in large hallway - each with their own 12 inch TVs. The 3rd Floor has 2 King Bedrooms. Each bedroom has a 32 inch Flat Screen TV and private En-Suite bath. The Main house comfortably sleeps 12, with 8 in beds and 4 in twin bunks.
Sand Del Mar Carriage House is furnished with a sofa and a 32 inch Flat Screen TV in the living area, 18 inch Flat Screen in the Queen bed sleeping nook and a reading lamp. The small, but well equipped, efficiency kitchen has a full stove and oven, small dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave, and comes with basic cookware. This carriage has a full bath with a walk-in shower.
*Does not have access to Rosemary Beach pools or beach walkovers. This home does have access to the beach at Winston Lane.*
SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL ONLY DURING SUMMER AND SPRING BREAK
Pool can be heated October 1st through May 1st for an additional fee.
